Ukukhetha i-Lithium yeBattery Management System (BMS) ibalulekile ekuqinisekiseni ukhuseleko, ukusebenza, kunye nobude benkqubo yebhetri yakho. Nokuba unika abathengi amandla ombane, iimoto zombane, okanye izisombululo zokugcina amandla, nasi isikhokelo esipheleleyo sokukunceda wenze isigqibo esinolwazi:
1. Misela iiNgcaciso zebhetri

Qinisekisa ukuba uluhlu lwamandla ombane lwe-BMS lugquma ibhetri yakhoamandla ombane aqhelekileyo,I-voltage yentlawulo epheleleyo, kwayeubuncinci bombane wokukhupha. Uluhlu olungahambelaniyo lomonakalo womngcipheko okanye ukunciphisa ukusebenza kakuhle.

Ulawulo lobushushu: Ubeka iliso kwaye ulawule ubushushu beeseli ukuthintela ukufudumeza.
IiNxibelelwano zoNxibelelwano: Ixhasa i-CAN ibhasi, i-UART, okanye iBluetooth yedatha yexesha langempela kunye nokuxilongwa.
3. Vavanya uMgangatho kunye nokuthembeka

4. Tshatisa iiMfuno zokusiNgqongileyo kunye neSicelo

Iiyunithi ze-BMS ezibambeneyo zilungele usetyenziso olubambeneyo kwindawo, ngelixa uyilo lweemodyuli lwenza lula ukukala kwiinkqubo zoshishino.
- Ukumelana Nobushushu
Khetha iiyunithi ze-BMS ezithelekelwe ubushushu obugqithisileyo (umzekelo, -40°C ukuya kwi-105°C) kusetyenziso lweemoto okanye ngaphandle.
- IiMfuno eziZodwa
Izisombululo ze-BMS zokungangeni manzi (IP67), zingangenwa luthuli, okanye zikwazi ukungcangcazela zikhulisa ukuthembeka kwimekobume erhabaxa.
Ukuqukumbela
Ukukhetha i-BMS ye-lithium efanelekileyo idinga ukulinganisa iinkcukacha zobugcisa, amandla okukhusela, ubukrelekrele besoftware, kunye nokuguquguquka kokusingqongileyo. I-BMS ehambelana kakuhle ayithinteli kuphela ukusilela kodwa yongeza ukusebenza kakuhle kwamandla kwaye yandisa ubomi bebhetri.
